Etailers Pay Just for Actual Returns With Endicia’s New Return Labels

The space for etailer tools was heating up recently. There’s an eBay service, eBay Valet , as a way to list your products for you and an analytics tool, Terapeak , that offers data concerning the amount your products can sell for online.

There also are tools like Chirpify that aid you sell your products via social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. And, for those tired of selling at the big sites, there also are a ton of small eCommerce store options  out there.

But one of the most latest innovations has less to do with selling than with the all-important customer support aspects of product shipping — and returns.

Endicia already provides a wide range of  software and other products for eCommerce sellers, warehouse shippers and other businesses.

Johnson said the product was developed end result of the company’s 25 year relationship with the USPS as a software provider. She explained:

“For us it came right down to, the Postal Service has such a lot of great products. How will we cause them to work more easily?”
